Croagh Patrick – This mountain in County Mayo is a popular place for walkers – you can take in some of the most brilliant views over the Clew bay on a sunny day. Many people travel here to walk the route barefoot, in honour of Saint Patrick who once fasted here for 40 days and nights.

Moher Coast – This beautiful stretch of coastline with views out to the Atlantic is a UNESCO geopark. See the flocks of sea birds nesting in the ancient rocks of the cliffs as you walk this stunning 18km route. Despite being across clifftops it isn’t too much of a hilly walk and is flat most of the way.
