Next, remember that you are a leader and that leaders teach most effectively by setting an example. If you take time off work frequently and aren’t seen to be working as hard as your workforce, they will not be inspired to be more productive.

Lastly, reward hard work. This can be as simple as an acknowledgement and a ‘thank you’, but you could even go as far as to give out gifts or certificates after the completion of a successful project or month.
